Our Story
Mimi loves Japanese culture. Not just manga or kimonos—no, what she loves is everyday Japanese life: the comforting little dishes, the cute snacks, the steaming hot ramen at all hours, and the carefully rolled maki.
One day, while leaving a sad and soulless convenience store, she thought to herself: "What if I opened a place where we can eat, discover, and feel good?"
So she created her neighborhood konbini, Miminoki.
A place where you can:
Sit at the bar for a piping hot bowl of ramen 🍜
Choose your favorite maki roll at the counter 🍣
And leave with Japanese snacks, rare sauces, or a pack of noodles for tonight 🛍️
The locals love her and come to eat, to chat, to travel without leaving the street.
And Mimi? She's found her mission: to share a piece of Japan, with a smile.
